Just to keep up with the yearly awards (The last one seeing Tony Yayo win Mixtape Artist of the year), The Epic Network would now like to award the most Lyrical Artist/Act to Slaughterhouse (Made up of Royce da 5’9, Crooked I, Joe Budden and Joell Ortiz). I had much difficulty trying to figure out who deserved this award; I was thinking Eminem, Royce, Joell, Budden, Raekwon and more. I ended up just giving it to Slaughterhouse as a whole because their album was one of (if not THE) hottest albums this year. Not only their album was hot, but every track they put out on a mixtape was straight up lyrical murder.
With that being said, check out some of their work below. And check out this Joe Budden interview up on The Koalition (shout outs to Celis Hart).
