The casting is also an impressive one, with the likes of Edward Norton and Rachel Weisz amongst the newcomers, whilst Albert Finney reprises his role in welcoming Jeremy Renner as a new recruit. Also in the movie are Joan Allen, Scott Glenn, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac.

Director Tony Gilroy takes helm in the latest “Bourne” franchise, where he and his brother, Dan Gilroy, also set the writing. The original trilogy which starred Matt Damon brought in nearly $1 billion, so you can assume expectations are high on this next set of sequel(s) that has Aaron Cross (Renner) facing life or death stakes triggered by the events of the first three films.

However, “Jason Bourne was just the tip of the iceberg…” The film is slated for a 3rd August release this year in the US, whilst for the UK a 17th August release. Checkout the trailer below and let us know your thoughts and expectations on the movie:

The trailer is even more exciting, displaying character chemistry between peter Parker (played by Andrew Garfield) and love interest Gwen Stacy (played by Emma Stone) as well as the connection in which Dr. Connors (played by Rhys Ifans) plays whilst also seeing hints of the Lizard. We also see snippets of Spider-Man in action, dealing with cops warranting an arrest for the masked hero as well as taking on cheap thugs.

“The Amazing Spider-Man” is the story of Peter Parker, an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben (Martin Sheen) and Aunt May (Sally Field). Like most teenagers, Peter is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy, and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents’ disappearance – leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors, his father’s former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors’ alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.

It’s a decent trailer overall, and one we at the Epic network are excited for once again. The film is set for 3rd July this year, checkout the trailer below and let us know your thoughts and expectations – excited for this one?

Put it this way: If you liked shiny things and explosions in “Transformers”, this is sort of like that, only to keep it in respect of the classic board/travel game, the fight is at sea, supposedly. Also if you like Rihanna and would like to see how she acts: this is the film to see.

Starring also Taylor Kitsch as Hopper, a Naval officer assigned to the USS John Paul Jones; Brooklyn Decker as Sam, a physical therapist and Hopper’s fiancée; Alexander Skarsgård as Hopper’s older brother, Commanding Officer Stone of the USS Samson and the awesome Liam Neeson Hopper and Stone’s superior (and Sam’s father), Admiral Shane, the Peter Berg-directed movie shows the fight against aliens across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force.

Whilst a 20-second ad was released prior to Super Bowl, an extended 1-minute trailer was actually shown amongst live television, and the trailer did not fail to impress. Showing new scenes and characters gradually interacting, the Avengers (consisting superheroes of Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye) are up against unexpected enemies that emerge and threaten global safety and security. Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.

It’s a definite watch and one trailer that has us anticipating more than ever. Pitted against highly-trained Tributes who have prepared for these Games their entire lives, Katniss (Lawrence) is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy (Harrelson). If she’s ever to return home to District 12, Katniss must make impossible choices in the arena that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.

In a sense, think “Battle Royale”. The movie itself is likely to be the next trilogy to look out for, so checkout the trailer below and let us know if “The Hunger Games”, released 23rd March this year, is one movie you’ll be keeping an eye on:

Snow White and The Huntsman
Snow white and the seven dwarfs wasn’t the real brothers grim tale and next year we’ll see the real deal with Kristen Steward of Twilight Fame, and Charlize Theron (Aeon Flux and T3 Rise of the Machines).

Mirror Mirror
Snow White and the seven dwarfs gets two remakes in the same year, and this one is a comedy, staring

The Avengers
Iron man, the hulk, Thor and Captain America have all lead up to this, Loki is preparing to dominate the globe with some unknown villainy that maybe behind the scenes and Nick Fury is putting together a band of heroes that will meet him on the battlefield, EARTH.

Justice League: Doom
Not to be out done by the stiff Marvel competition or The Dark Knight Rises, DC Animation Studios are putting together a new JL movie about the creation of the Legion of Doom. Two teams enter the area but only one team leaves.

The Secret World of Arrietty Trailer
Studio Ghibli the folks that brought us Spirited Away and Ponyo brings their take on The Borrowers.

The Hunger Games
The hit novel series has now been turned into a movie series and it looks to be a good adaptation from this amazing trailer, 12 children train to fight each other in a battle to the death.

The first film in the trilogy was “Batman Begins,” in 2005 followed by “The Dark Knight,” in 2008 which snagged late actor Heath Ledger an Oscar for best-supporting actor.

Matthew Vaughn spoke on multiple thoughts on how he could actually start the process of First Class 2 despite being very early to talk about. Nonetheless, the next few comments below could possibly spoil plot ideas for those who want to hear nothing of X-Men: First Class. For those that wish to read, carry on. For those that do not; get lost, and checkout the other things we provide on our site.

Regards to his starting plot idea for First Class 2 as well as whether or not he’d bring in new X-Men characters, Matthew Vaughn suggests: “I thought it would be fun to open with the Kennedy Assassination, and we reveal that the magic bullet was controlled by Magneto.”

“We will only have one more new character. I won’t say who he… I won’t say who he or she is! But we will only be bringing one more new character in.

“Because, I think, as Professor X is in a wheelchair, Magneto needs to have a nemesis he can fight with. Someone that will be his equal. I know who it is. It would be nice if I could say something, but I can’t, mate!”

So in the meantime it is merely fun to speculate, even if it does not seem to follow any comic book route. Who would the one mutant he suggests? Cyclops? Jean Gray? Who knows. “X-Men: First Class” itself needs to come out first before anything else can be thought about, and with 20th Century Fox and Marvel both likely to pressure on their thoughts of what they want, it will be quite awhile till we hear anything about a sequel to a prequel.

Well whatever the thoughts, Lupe Fiasco promised us his next single, ‘Words I Never Said’, will debut with a music video on the 1st February and is said to be his ‘most controversial’ yet. Judging by the teaser trailer below he may be living up to those words, going all out attacking issues of the world left to right. I’m liking the beat mind you, produced by Britains own ‘Alex Da Kid’ who’s gotten far in the music world. The track will also feature Skylar Gray.

Along with that, Lupe Fiasco moments ago (literally) released his album cover art for ‘LASERS’, which replicates a certain art piece using lights to spell out the word (saying that, using lights kind of goes with the theme of being ‘lasers’ in the world). It’s not bad in my opinion, maybe more could have been done but keeping it simple and clean is usually the way to get round.
