Speaking to Nah Right, Drake mentioned wouldn’t record another diss track towards Common, saying instead that this was all done because he used the beef to promote his latest album, “The Dreamer, The Believer.” quoted to say: despite how it’s been worded by him that situation is not a ‘hip hop moment’ or a ‘battle for the sake of musical integrity’…it’s a ploy for attention around the release of an album, more than anything it was just disappointing cause what kid isn’t a fan of what Common has done for our genre. A guy who made such an incredible career for himself based off expressing genuine feelings about life and love is now targeting me for sharing my story.”

With Drake likely ignoring real reasons to why the beef was started in the first place, he moved on to discussing his plans for a tour this year as well as he has already started recording new music.

“I have begun working on new music already and I’ll be recording during the whole college tour with 40. Making better music and building myself as a business is all that’s on my mind. Hopefully some acting as well.”

So the beef has ended, for now. Time and time again we hear an artist from Young Money/Cash Money weasel their way out of a beef only to then intentionally go back in and deny themselves, so it would not be surprising if Drake has a few extra words to say about the Chi-town legend upon new music releases. Before the song begins Luda plays various rappers throughout the ages using the style, meaning both Drake and Big Sean couldn’t have pioneered it. It’s was a great weekend for fights, but it seems one unexpected fight went down at a club in Las Vegas. After Fab made fun of Ray J who appeared on
Floyd Mayweather’s 24/7 segment, playing the piano in Floyd’s living room, Ray J was not a happy bunny. It seems like Ray J confronted Fabolous at a club in Vegas, which then resulted in Ray J snuffing Fabolous. There are reports that Fabolous then whooped Ray J backstage, but Ray J denies any of this.

Regards To Kanye West beef, Consequence went to say: “Me and Kanye spoke, we spoke. I hit him. He hit me back with one of them all-caps tirades [via e-mail]. So, he was pissed, and rightfully so. I was pissed. That’s why things had happened the way they happened. He spoke his piece and I spoke my piece. He told me he loved me. The feud is over with Kanye. Is the feud over with other people? See me in the streets.”

I guess all Consequence needed was the ‘L’ word then. Whilst his beef was dealt with Kanye, his beef with Q-Tip still stood strong, and in fact had further gotten worse according to the songwriter.

“Through mutual friends, I’ve heard that he’s wanted to speak with me or whatever,” he said of Q-Tip. “But, when you opt to talk to bloggers instead of your cousin? I don’t pump like that.

“When we spoke, before I came to Rap Fix, it got stupid on the phone. When you come too far out of character with me, it ain’t no reversing that. I’m about business first and foremost. So, if the business between me and you is flawed and you running your jibs, you playin’ yourself to me. I can’t chest-bump with that. We not New York Knicks no more, dog. I can’t.”

“This is crazy man, the wackest rapper [is] Lil B. He’s got to get it, ” he said. “I heard him on [Lil] Wayne’s [mixtape] Sorry 4 the Wait [on 'Grove St. Party (Freestyle)'], and that was it. That was it. I couldn’t [listen to him again], that was it…I never heard really anything else [he's recorded] that I could even [compare it to] to call it wack, but I remember I heard [his verse] and that’s what it was it.”

Quite strange to judge a rapper on one verse and declare Lil B the most lamest. But this is Game we are discussing about so I’m not surprised if he is merely confused. Another name he added to that list, in fact taking second spot, is his former adversary Ras Kass. While respecting the artist lyrically, it was the recent actions plus scuffles both these artists have which landed Games apparent list of stupidity.

“Ras Kass – not lyrically, but rappers as a whole. We’ve got to incpororate that,” he explained. “When you’re judging, you’ve got to remember to think about every entity [of his character]. So at first, we were talking about wack at rapping, but now we’re talking about wack rappers. The reason why he’s wack is becasue he does wack rapper shit. He gets the number two spot, and my fist may just be biased to that, but he slides in at number two.”

With his diss track “Uncle Otis” going at Hov himself, Game spoke with “Hip Hop N More” to discuss that attitude towards Jay-Z stems from a certain incident that soured his respect for him.

he went to say: “I think that’s where my short-lived hatred came from. Yeah, man. I had it like that he was just a great dude. I grew up off of all Jay’s albums, and when I finally met him and he was just, I don’t know, he was overly cocky.”

“The way that he played fans – and I’m not saying it to say he’s the same person now, that was like seven years ago – this is my own personal experience, so it’s not to make anyone hate Jay-Z.”

Just like all his rants and beefs however, Game was quick to point out that it was all about business, having nothing to do with his attitude towards the rapper himself. We’ve heard this one before, brace yourself:

“It turned me left. Ever since then, I’ve been taking little potshots here and there, it’s nothing personal,” he explained.
