The panel blew away the audience at Comic-Con with some footages of the movie and the trailer actually does not disappoint. As promised: A mostly female cast (Emily Browning, Vanessa Hudgens, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung, Jena Malone, Carla Gugino) facing off against Dragons, Samurais and crazy action to which in the hands of Zack Snyder, will look absolutely epic. While there, she imagines an alternative reality to hide her from the pain, and in that world, she begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help get her out before she is deflowered by a vile man.

Despite the lack of acting skills, Peter Berg has gone and taken the risk in casting the Te Amo singer opposite Alexander Skarsgaard in a story involving a massive Naval adventure across the seas, in the skies and over land as our planet fights for survival against a superior force. Aliens against the sea, fair enough…

The film also stars TV’s Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch, who if you also remember was Gambit in the awkward Wolverine:Origins movie. Kitsch will play lead character Alex Hopper, the commanding officer of a warship forced to tool up and kick ass when an alien invasion pitches up from outer space with designs on planet Earth. Skarsgaard will play his brother, a fellow crewman.

The film is supposed set to tell the story of both the human crew and also the aliens, so it is possible that we could see Rihanna’s bobble head actually put to good use! Unlikely but some can always wish (I kid, Rihanna is beautiful, a shame she’s very slutty).

So all in all: A board game adaptation, involving aliens, and stars Rihanna…..Excited? At all?

Coming out of the highly rated Indie movie ‘Winter’s Bone’, Lawrence talks about the sudden rush to already prepare in character and ink up the blue skin, to which she is catching on.

Talking with Orlando Sentinel, she says: “When I got the part I dedicated a whole day to watching all three movies, and I really liked them. I was still a little worried, because I didn’t really understand the whole mutant thing. But the script cleared some of my questions up, and knowing that James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender were already on board gave me confidence.”

She could not say much it seems when it comes to what we’re expecting of Mystique, only giving details of what her preparation to become…blue.

She says: “I have to do 12 hours of prosthetics. Oh man.

“I have to take Mystique back to the beginning, before she became who we saw later. I don’t know exactly what I can talk about, but this is going to be fun.”

“NOBODY looks good blue. Well, maybe Zoe Saldana. I am very curious to see how I’m going to come off in that suit.”

If I had to pick a favourite, it’d have to be a tie between Vanessa Hudgens and Jamie Chung’s character. But it looks great nonetheless. Let us know what you think.
