In his new movie which involves cars, chase scenes, and a little more serious storyline than what we could expect of him in “Fast Five”, his other car movie “Faster” is set to release this year November, and a few new photos appeared of the actor in…action really…

Directed by George Tillman Jr., the film also stars Billy Bob Thornton, Carla Gugino, Maggie Grace, Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Moon Bloodgood. The story has Driver (Dwayne Johnson) with a singular focus after his 10-year stunt in prison – to avenge the murder of his brother during the botched bank robbery that led to his imprisonment. Now a free man with a deadly to-do list in hand, he’s finally on his mission…but with two men on his trail – a veteran cop (Billy Bob Thornton) just days from retirement, and a young egocentric hitman (Oliver Jackson-­Cohen) with a flair for the art of killing and a newfound worthy opponent. The hunter is also the hunted. It’s a do or die race to the list’s finish as the mystery surrounding his brother’s murder deepens, and new details emerge along the way hinting that Driver’s list may be incomplete.

It looks like he has gone back to his original action routes, though it is never known whether his stunt with Disney is really over or not. Maybe he took it to heart when people really accused him of not living up to being “passed down the action torch” by Terminator/Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. But remember people: The Game Plan is just as equal to Kindergarten Cop. Just saying…
