The guy may as well just live there, just build a nice house there and every time he gets sentenced, its just there nicely cleaned for him…in all serious talk, DMX is once again back behind the bars as the emcee had in fact turned himself in Los Angeles Metropolitan Courthouse on Monday (26th July) afternoon.

from what started in 2002, charged for reckless driving the rapper has now begun his 90 day sentence. Whilst his lawyer, Aja Southern, says that DMX’s other legal troubles postponed the L.A. sentence, TMZ reports that the Ruff Ryder violated the terms of his parole of his parole regarding the case. Wether they are confirmed rumours however are yet to be known.

However, DMX’s lawyer offered an explanation for the rapper turning himself in. “Mr. Simmons is here today to fully cooperate with respect to any matters of the Court’s concern,” explained Southern in a written statement. “This is one of many steps towards rebuilding his image and rapport with the community and his loyal fans.”

Rebuild…and then tarnish, we all know how this keeps going really but maybe this is really a unique step for him to take serious this time. The guy has not had the best life, but the chances he’s had to better himself he never really took it, kinda gets difficult to feel sorry for the guy.
