Could this be a new trend for youtube? It’s a great idea for TV Networks to set up Youtube channels and offer on demand programming to everyone on the web, and of course give Google some financial incentives for the bandwidth.

Plus like Hydro said, Channel 4 couldn’t compete with the BBC Iplayer, which makes this a good move for them.
