Turns out Fiddy’s next album may not in fact be ‘Black Magic’, as he has hinted he could possibly shelve the project.

Speaking to Rolling Stone Brasil, the G-Unit head honcho spoke on how his writing of the album took things into a different artistic direction. He went to say: “Since I’ve made it back to America, after recording in the UK and different territories while I was on the road, I started writing material that don’t quite fit that concept, that album. Black Magic had a specific vibe to it, a different style of music and I was playing with different song structures, music from different genres like rock music — since I got back, I’ve been writing some things that don’t quite fit that because so many producers were accumulating material to send me more ideas so when I got back, I was kinda bombarded with a whole lot of production.”

Check the video below for his full interview where he talks more such as the album speculation and how he feels it relates to Eminem’s decision over Relapse 2:

There are a lot of harsh criticism of 50 Cent over at HiphopDX, I seriously believe that website is full of people who just hate just about everything in life. In the end though Fiddy could be picking his nose and still make money some form of way.

But give us your thoughts – Wanting Black Magic to release? Think he can come up with something better?
