He mentions that he wasn’t happy with himself as an artist for a long period of time, and this is what made him feel like he wanted to lash out against all the new top dogs in Hip Hop. Very interesting to hear from Eminem, the whole drug addiction has matured him as both a person and an MC. Part of me misses the old “I Just Don’t Give A Fuck” Eminem though, and I would have loved to hear what those diss tracks would have sounded like.
