In what people are calling “one of the most anticipated songs this year”, Dr. Dre Featuring Jay-Z track “Under Pressure” recently leaked online. The song will likely be a track on Dre’s upcoming album “Detox”, however this is an unfinished mix and/or not mastered. It does offer a look at the direction both artists are headed, specifically Dr. Dre, obviously.
Track starts with Dre: “The long-awaited Detox, bitch,” it starts by Dre. “But maybe I don’t wanna stop/ Maybe I don’t wanna quit/ Maybe I like ho’s/ Maybe I don’t want a wife/ Maybe I’m psycho/ Maybe we need to breathe some life in this sh–/ Maybe we are the life of this sh–.”
It looks as though there is no chorus yet, as once Dre’s verse happens, it just loops the beat, which then Jay-Z plays his second verse: “Dre, I think I need my sponsor,” he starts it. “Trying to grow, but I just can’t seem ta/ Having trouble cleaning up like FEMA/ All these little haters got me back with the nina/ Got me bringing guns to work, Gilbert Arenas.”
He goes on talking how he likes…stuff, which then Dre speaks and the track just ends…check it out below for yourself. Beat sounds alright but can be better once mastered and finished I would say.
