The Wire is a classic TV show. I still cannot get over the fact that it is finished. With that being said, this is a debate that is still going on today. So The Epic Network would like to settle it once and for all. Who was the better kingpin, Marlo Stanfield or Avon Barksdale?

    Marlo was ruthless. Avon was ruthless too but he had boundaries.

    I say Avon because although he was ruthless he was likeable.

    avon cause avon outsmarted marlo during the war if he didnt get locked up marlo would have died, and avon respected his soldiers and treated everybody like fam. marlo’s soldiers were mostly youngins and he killed them for any stupid reason.
