Rap Legend Guru/Gang starr has suffered a heart attack and is now in a coma. His close friend DJ Premier sent a message to the Internet informing the world of his current condition in the early hours of the morning. I would like to send my best wishes to Gang starr and his family, this man is a legend in hip hop and I grew up listening to him. We do not need to loose another legend.

just heard via a buddhist listserv that Guru (formerly of Gang Starr) is in a coma in new york after suffering cardiac arrest.

his sister Tricia asks that people please send prayers for his full recovery.
